Please read these terms carefully before using the Atlas platform or purchasing from our store.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Atlas website, mobile application, or purchasing products from the Atlas store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of our services
Atlas provides a cycling performance platform and e-commerce store. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to create an account or make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Purchases and payment
Prices are displayed in your selected currency (GBP, EUR, or USD). All base prices are in GBP. VAT is included where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days. International delivery takes 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and refunds
You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Atlas website and app — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Atlas or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Atlas platform, including but not limited to: attempting to manipulate leaderboards or route data, impersonating other users, uploading malicious content, or using automated tools to access our services without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Atlas is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to injury during cycling activities.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
