Common questions
When am I charged?
Not until your 30-day free trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. After that you're billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan you picked.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop back to the free tier. Your rides, routes, clubs and data stay put.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Switch plans at any time from your account page. If you switch mid-cycle, your billing is prorated automatically.
How do I access the app after subscribing?
Download Atlas from the App Store and sign in with the same email you used to subscribe. Your Premium access syncs automatically.
Is this the same as subscribing through the app?
Yes, it's the same Atlas Premium plan with the same features. Subscribing on the website lets you manage billing directly with us instead of through Apple.
Does paying give me a competitive advantage?
No. There are no boosts, shortcuts or pay-to-win mechanics. Premium unlocks features, not results. Every claim and every leaderboard place is earned on the road.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your payment details are handled securely and we never see or store your card number.
