We use your information to process orders and deliver products, operate and improve the Atlas app and website, communicate with you about your account or orders, display leaderboards and route data within the app, and send marketing communications where you have opted in.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: payment processors (Stripe) to complete transactions, shipping carriers to deliver your orders, hosting and infrastructure providers necessary to run our services, and law enforcement when required by law.
4. Ride and performance data
When you use the Atlas app, we collect GPS location data, ride metrics, and route performance data. This data is used to power leaderboards, clubs, and route competition. Your ride data may be visible to other Atlas users through public leaderboards and club features.

6. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Order records are kept for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
