How to delete your account

1. Open the ATLAS app and sign in.
2. Open Settings from your profile and tap Delete account.
3. Read what will be removed, confirm that you understand, and tap Permanently delete account.
4. You'll be signed out. Deletion finishes in the background, and the app keeps a receipt so you can check when it's complete.

What is deleted

Your profile, rides and GPS tracks, routes, photos, health and fitness data, club posts, messages and other social activity, territory and battle history, and links to connected services such as Garmin, Wahoo or Strava. Rides saved on your phone that haven't uploaded yet are removed too.

What is kept

Nothing else is kept in ATLAS once deletion is complete. Payment records for subscriptions and Shop orders are kept by Apple, Google Play or Stripe under their own policies, for as long as the law requires.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions to stop future charges.

Can't use the app?

Email hello@atlascycling.co from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm, then delete your account and data.
